How can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible over the phone. If the order has not gone in to production yet, it is usually not a problem to change or cancel the order. Please appreciate that already shipped orders cannot be changed or cancelled.
What is your turn around time?
Under normal circumstances we aim to ship your order within 24hrs of us receiving your artwork or from your approval of proof.
What file formats do you accept?
We accept files in the following formats, PDF, EPS, TIFF, JPEG, GIF, PNG, PSD.Unfortunately we do not accept Adobe Illustrator files if you are working with illustrator please convert files to PDF.
R.G.B. or C.M.Y.K. files?
We prfer files set up in C.M.Y.K.. but we can work with files in R.G.B. there maybe a slight change colour on R.G.B. files but in most cases you may not ven notice the difference.
Can you design my flyer, poster or business stationary for me?
Yes of course,we will design your flyers,posters pop up banner,invites,greeting cards or business statyionary for you FREE of charge.All you have to do is provide us with a design brief which will include:-

When we have drafted up a design we shall then email you a proof for your approval.If you would lke any changes made you can let us know and once you are happy we can go to print.
A one off flat fee of €99.00 applies to brochure design
How do i make payment?
Once you have selected which product you want and the amount you need click add to cart you will then be taken to your shopping cart where you can opt to continue shopping or proceed to checkout.
At checkout you can log in to your paypal account on the right and make payment from there.Or if you dont have a paypal account you can choose to pay via credit card from the option on the left.
Or you can call the shop directly and by laser card over the phone.
You can also send us in a cheque and your goods will be dsepatched after clearance.Make cheques payable to XPO.
Do you provide 30 days credit?
Yes.After you have purchased your first order from us.You can then apply for a credit account.Please email info@xprintpro.com for details.
Do I have to order online?
Absolutley not.You can order over the phone by calling the shop on 01-8729283 or you can call in and see us a No.2 Upper Liffey St. D1 where we will be more than happy to help you.Or if you cannot get to us and you are located in Dublin City centre give us a call and we can drop out to you.
If I have a problem or i'm not happy with my order what do i do?
If you are not happy with your product please call us immediately and we will try to rectify the problem A.S.A.P
I am having difficulties emailing my files to you?
We can accept file sizes up to 15 megabytes via email if you are sending more than one file eg.one of 10mb and one of 7mb try sending them in two seperate emails.
If you are sending files via a free email account eg.hotmail,yahoo or gmail.You may have a max attachment size of 10mb.
If you need to send us single files larger than 15mb,you can post them in to us on disc.
We will shortly be adding a ftp account to the site where we shall be able to set you up with an account to transfer larger file sizes.We will keep you posted on our blog.
How are your products packaged?
All our flyers,brochures and stationary are pakaged and delivered in handy reuseable plastic storage boxes.All our posters shall be sent out in heavy dutypostal tubes.
Can I haggle on the price?
Yes,just email us with your desired product and the amount you need and make us a reasonable offer and we will get back to you.Let the games begin!
